I'M KRIS

Whether someone recommended me or you saw an ad, I’m thrilled you’re here. If you want to learn to swim, sharpen your skills, or train for a triathlon, you’re in the right place.
 
I’m Krzysztof Zawadzki (call me Kris), a Fitness Swim Coach. I swam professionally for 12 years and have coached for 16. I’m passionate about this sport and love helping people conquer their fear of water.
 
My mission is to teach anyone interested to swim safely and comfortably, and I guarantee you, it’s fun along the way. Your safety and enjoyment are my top priorities.

I focus on helping you feel at ease in the water. I want you to know how to maintain balance in the water, turn, stay afloat, swim with your head above the surface, and navigate in open waters. I’ll teach you what to do if you get a cramp or feel fatigued. When you know how to stay safe, you’ll handle tough situations calmly and confidently—no panic needed! 

Swim Relaxed and Without Fatigue

Swimming is primarily an endurance sport. To swim long distances without tiring, you need to stay relaxed. “Relaxed” swimming means not tensing unnecessary muscles. Combine that with proper technique—designed to maximize speed with minimal effort—and the results are incredible. I’ll guide you every step of the way to master this.

Stay Healthy and Fit at Any Age

Swimming is a sport for everyone, at any age. Perfect for those with extra weight as it eases spine pressure. It’s a fantastic full-body workout that activates all muscles, boosts endurance, strength, and cardiovascular health. Swimming releases endorphins to your brain, enhancing confidence and happiness. My classes incorporate safe, body-friendly exercises to strengthen core and spinal muscles.
