I focus on helping you feel at ease in the water. I want you to know how to maintain balance in the water, turn, stay afloat, swim with your head above the surface, and navigate in open waters. I’ll teach you what to do if you get a cramp or feel fatigued. When you know how to stay safe, you’ll handle tough situations calmly and confidently—no panic needed!

Swimming is primarily an endurance sport. To swim long distances without tiring, you need to stay relaxed. “Relaxed” swimming means not tensing unnecessary muscles. Combine that with proper technique—designed to maximize speed with minimal effort—and the results are incredible. I’ll guide you every step of the way to master this.
