    Security Procedures
    The Controller, in ensuring the privacy of Service Users, complies with applicable legal provisions, including the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR.”
    Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
    The Controller processes Users’ personal data to the extent necessary for the use of the Service. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing electronic services, including the performance of contracts concluded with Users (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, if the User consents, for marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    Personal data is collected directly based on the User completing the contact form available on the Service and submitting it to the Controller via a message. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the User, including first and last name, telephone number, email address, message content, training type, format, and preferred days and times.
    Personal data provided by Users on the Service will not be transferred to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data.
    Data Collection, Modification, and Deletion Rights
    While browsing and using the Service, information about Users’ interactions with the Service is automatically collected, including browser type, operating system type, date and time of visits, number of connections, viewed content, and similar data.
    Personal data is processed based on the User’s consent. Consent is expressed, in particular, by checking the designated box during procedures enabling the User to access selected Service functionalities. Browsing the Service content does not require Users to provide personal data.
    The Service collects information about Users and their behavior through data voluntarily entered into forms. This data is processed for purposes related to the specific function of the form. Users who complete a form have the right to access the data contained therein.
    User Rights
    Users have the right to control the processing of their personal data. In particular, Users are entitled to:
    a) The right to access their data under Article 15 GDPR;
    b) The right to rectify their data under Article 16 GDPR;
    c) The right to erase their data under Article 17 GDPR;
    d) The right to restrict data processing under Article 18 GDPR;
    e) The right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR;
    f) The right to object to data processing under Article 21 GDPR.
    Where data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (i.e., consent), Users may withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
    Users have the right to obtain information on whether and to what extent their personal data is being processed, as well as details regarding the purpose and scope of such processing.
    Users may exercise the above rights by submitting a declaration of intent to the Controller’s address. The Controller reserves the right to refuse the deletion of a User’s data if its retention is necessary to pursue claims or is required by applicable law.
    If a User believes that the Controller’s processing of their personal data violates GDPR provisions, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
    Cookie Policy and Similar Technologies
    In operating the Service, the Controller uses so-called cookies—small text-numeric files stored by the IT system on the User’s device. The Controller may also use similar or identical technologies within the Service.
    Cookies or similar technologies may be used to:
    • Adapt the Service content to the User’s preferences, needs, and expectations;
    • Create statistics to understand how Users interact with the Service, enabling improvements to its structure, functionality, and content;
    • Deliver advertising content tailored to Users’ interests.
    The Service uses the following types of cookies:
    • Session Cookies: Stored on the User’s device until the browser session ends. Once the session is closed, the data is permanently deleted from the device. Session cookies do not collect personal data or confidential information from the User’s device.
    • Persistent Cookies: Stored on the User’s device until manually deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the device does not remove them. Persistent cookies do not collect personal data or confidential information from the User’s device.
    Users may restrict or disable cookies on their device. If this option is selected, the Service remains usable, except for functionalities that inherently require cookies.
    Cookies are used on the Service with the User’s consent, which may be expressed through appropriate software settings, particularly the User’s web browser. In many cases, browsing software defaults to allowing cookies on the User’s device. Users can adjust cookie settings at any time, including blocking cookies automatically or receiving notifications each time a cookie is placed on their device.
