☑️ We’ll start in shallow water, with me right by your side, walking you through each exercise slowly and clearly.

☑️ You choose when you’re ready for the next step—no pressure, ever.

☑️ Everyone’s pace is different—some pick it up fast, others take longer, and that’s perfectly normal.
 

☑️ These lessons are aimed at people who need a longer period of time to get used to the water and overcome their fear.

Health-Focused Swimming

Do you have problems with excess weight and are looking for a sport that will relieve the strain on your spine? Swimming is a sport that can enable you to do this.

It is worth mentioning that the water reduces our weight during swimming to around 5 kg, which allows us to exercise in a weight-bearing manner.

☑️ This is why swimming, along with yoga or Pilates, is considered to be the most beneficial type of activity for the spine.

☑️ It engages all the muscles, strengthens them and relaxes them. In addition, just being in the water has a relaxing effect on our mood and brain function.

☑️ Swimming also promotes a freer flow of blood in the body thanks to the horizontal position, which is beneficial for varicose vein problems.

☑️ It also helps to get rid of swelling and the feeling of heavy legs, providing immediate relief.

Motor Preparation on Land

Swimming is not only about training in the water. Motor preparation, or training on land, is an important part of swimming training.

☑️ Exercises performed on land, which mimic movements in the water, facilitate the acquisition of movement and accelerate the learning of swimming technique or the strengthening of specific elements.

☑️ Exercises on land also allow for easier control of the movement, as we do not have to worry about breathing or balance.

☑️ Preparation on land influences proper swimming technique. Motor training enables us to develop speed, endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination.
